House Rules

Check-In/Check-Out

• Check-in time is at 1500h, and check-out time is at 1200h.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and with prior arrangement.
• We only allow a maximum of 28 Pax to stay overnight. Additional Pax above 28 pax will charged P250.00 / person as a day use fee.

Pool and Recreational Areas

• Proper swim attire is required.
• No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
• No glass containers or pets allowed in the pool area.*

Smoking Policy

• No smoking is allowed inside rooms or common indoor areas.
• Designated smoking areas are provided; please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Housekeeping

• Only guests staying at least 3 nights will be provided linen change
• However, if you have any housekeeping needs, please inform the head caretaker.

Security

• A Security Guard is available from 1800h - 0600h.
• Kindly report any suspicious activity or concerns to the head caretaker.

Environmental Conservation

• Conserve water and electricity.
• Dispose of waste in designated bins.

Emergency Procedures

• Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits and evacuation procedures.

Parking

• Follow designated parking areas and rules.
• Register your vehicle with the front desk upon check-in.

Wi-Fi

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided; please use responsibly.
• Respect the terms of service and refrain from illegal or unethical activities.

Towels

• We will be providing 28 swimming pool towels, 28 bath towels and 8 hand towels. Upon check out, our caretaker will make an inventory together with your representative. Theres a P1,500.00 / towel charge for any unaccounted towels.
